Muhammara
This is one of my very favorite dishes at Zephyr. The waiter recommended we get this and the lebni, and mix the two together on the pita--it's the best! I also like to spread the leftover muhammara on sandwiches... only because it's probably inappropriate to sit and eat it with a spoon in my kitchen like I really want to do.
Beef Lule Kebab Plate
It's always so hard to choose between the meat dishes. This one is great because it's so soft and juicy. We like to make pita pockets with it it comes with that creamy, hummus, onions, tomato, and pepper perfect for leftovers to.
Lahmajoun
We always buy a flatbread to go without meal. It's the size of a pizza and topped with your choice. We haven't had a bad one. They round out the meal perfectly and so tasty. The meals come with lemon and fresh mint. We like to squeeze lemon and top it with the mint roll it up and serve it with a meal. Delicious dipped in hummus to.
Kebab Combo Plate
We've been coming here since Zephyr opened in the pandemic and love it. Full of flavor! The rice is delicious. Buttery and soft. The meats are juicy and seasoned. Combined with the peppers, grilled tomato and seasoned onions it comes with. If you combine the plate with a salad, vegetable or flatbread it's enough for 2 with leftovers. The portions are big. Love it here.
